Isolation Day Four

Today is Wednesday. It was a beautiful sunny day and I was feeling good, so I achieved a lot! Of course I was working during the day, but I spent my lunch break in the garden, doing Hatha yoga on the patio. Exercise and stretching is really good for both my mental and physical health so this set me up nicely for a productive afternoon. Next week I’m going to make an exercise plan to keep me healthy while the gym is closed and a meal plan so none of my food is wasted and to ensure I eat nutritious foods rather than junk!
